At Glowing Rose Beauty Bar, LLC, we value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. If you need to make changes to your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any additional charges. Cancellations or modifications made less that 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a charge equal to 50% of the service fee. No-shows or appointments without prior communication will be considered a “No Call, No-Show” and will be charged for the full service fee. We understand that delays can happen, but please be aware that arriving late may shorten the duration of your treatment and may result in the service being incomplete. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notification, your appointment will be treated as a “No-Call, No-Show” and the full service fee will apply.
